Felony Domestic Abuse
Unit 7 Assignment 1-(3 Pages)
For this assignment, consider the case from Unit 6 assignment. Barney O'Toole went to trial. He was convicted of one count of felony domestic abuse. The judge sentenced him to 6 months in the county workhouse and 600 hours of community service. Assume he is still employed by the college.

1.      Can you and should you discipline him for anything related to this conviction? Why or why not?
2.      Is he a danger to students and other employees at the college if he continues to work there?
3.      What do you do next time you hire a coach?
